Human Rights Commitment

At UMAGE

At UMAGE, we strive to act responsibly in both the daily operation and long-term development of our company. Respect for human rights is a fundamental part of how we do businessand guides our decisions across design, production, partnerships, and distribution.

We are committed to respecting the human rights of all individuals and communities affected by our operations and value chain. This includes working in a structured and ongoing way with human rights due diligence.

Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) are fundamental to UMAGE's commitment to respecting human rights and conducting business responsibly. We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and value chain where all individuals are treated fairly, with dignity and respect, and where equal opportunities are promoted across our operations and stakeholder relationships.

This commitment is reflected in our policies, business practices and decision-making processes relating to employees, suppliers, customers and the communities in which we operate.

Human Rights Framework

UMAGE’s approach is aligned with internationally recognised standards, including

• The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights

• The International Bill of Human Rights, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights

• The International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work

This commitment applies to all individuals connected to our business, including employees, suppliers, business partners, customers, and the communities where we operate, regardless of geography.

Human Rights Due Diligence

UMAGE is committed to integrating human rights due diligence into our operations and value chain.

This includes identifying and assessing potential and actual adverse impacts on people, the environment (including climate and biodiversity), and ethical business conduct such as anti-corruption.

As part of this process, we conduct ongoing risk assessments across our value chain to understand where UMAGE may be connected to the most significant impacts. We work actively with suppliers and relevant stakeholders to gain insights, improve practices, and support mitigation of risks.

Governance, approval and review

This Human Rights Commitment is approved by UMAGE’s senior leadership and is publicly available on our website. It is communicated internally and externally to relevant stakeholders.

The commitment is reviewed at least every 36 months, or more frequently if required, to ensure continued alignment with evolving international standards and stakeholder expectations.
