Student Assistant for the Finance Department

15–20 hours per week | Copenhagen

UMAGE is looking for an engaged and detail-oriented student to support our finance department. The position is ideal for someone who wants to gain practical experience in finance and accounting in a professional company.

You will become part of a small team responsible for the entire finance function. You will report to our CFO and play an active role in solving various tasks within finance and accounting.

Your tasks will include

  • Bookkeeping and account reconciliations
  • Handling vouchers and invoices
  • Contributing to monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes
  • Managing various global ESG reporting tasks (e.g. packaging, batteries, etc.)
  • Various administrative ad hoc tasks

We expect that you

  • Are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree at CBS (e.g. BSc in Business Administration or similar)
  • Have an interest in finance and accounting
  • Are structured, responsible and detail-oriented
  • Have solid IT skills (Excel and knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage)
