Terms & Conditions
Please read the terms below before you submit a request. They make sure every price match is fair and handled quickly.

Identical product only
The product must be exactly the same variant: same model, size, colour, material and finish. Similar or comparable products are not eligible.

Eligible retailers
The lower price must be offered by an authorised UMAGE dealer based in Europe that sells to the country you're ordering from.

Publicly available and in stock
The price must be visible to everyone on the retailer's website or in their physical store. The product must be in stock at the time of your request.

Product price only, excluding shipping
We match the price of the product itself. Shipping is not part of the match, and our standard shipping fee of [X] is added to your order.

Prices including VAT
We compare prices including VAT, in [your local currency].

Maximum discount
A price match can give a discount of up to [50]% off our current price.

What we don't match
- Member, loyalty, student or trade prices
- Personal discount codes, cashback or gift-card offers
- Bundle deals or "buy X, get Y" offers
- Outlet, clearance, ex-display, B-stock or second-hand items
- Marketplace sellers, auctions and private sellers
- Obvious pricing errors

Before you buy
Price matches must be requested before you place your order. Once approved, you'll receive a personal discount code. We cannot refund the difference on orders that have already been placed.

Validity
Discount codes are personal, single-use and valid for [X] days. They apply only to the product and quantity in your request (max. [X] units).

A price match cannot be combined with other discounts, campaigns or promotions.

What do I need to submit?
Your name and email, the product and exact variant, a link to the competing offer, and a screenshot showing the price and that the item is in stock.

How long does it take?
We reply within 2 business days.
I've already bought the product. Can I still get a price match?
Unfortunately not. The Price Promise only applies before you buy, so please submit your request and wait for your discount code before placing your order.
Is shipping included in the price match?
No. We match the product price only. Our standard shipping fee is added to your order.
Can I get a price match on a different colour or size?
No. It must be the exact same variant.
Is there a limit to how much you'll match?

Can I combine the price match with other discounts?

Why was my request declined?
Usually because the offer doesn't meet one of the terms. Common reasons are a different variant, a product that's out of stock, a member-only price or an outlet item. We'll always tell you why.
What happens if I return a price-matched product?
You'll be refunded the amount you actually paid.
