Terms & Conditions
By sending a request, you agree to the terms below.
Identical product only
It has to be the exact same variant: same model, size, colour, material and finish. Something similar won't do.
Authorised retailers
The lower price has to come from an authorised UMAGE retailer in Europe that delivers to your country.
Public and in stock
Anyone must be able to see the price on the retailer's website, and the product has to be in stock when you send your request.
How we compare
We compare product prices including VAT, in your local currency. [Delivery is not part of the match, and our standard delivery terms apply.]
Request and order together
Your request and your order have to come right after each other, on the same day. Send the form first and order on the same device, or order first and send the form straight after with your order number. Earlier orders can't be matched.
Order on hold
We hold your order while we look at your request, and email you within 48 hours.
Refund of the difference
If we approve it, you get the difference back on your original payment method. If we can't match the price, you choose: keep the order at our regular price, or cancel it and get a full refund.
One unit per request
A price match covers 1 unit of the product in your request, with up to [50]% off our current price. Ordering more than one? Only one unit gets the matched price.
What we don't match
Member, loyalty, student or trade prices, personal discount codes, cashback, gift-card and bundle offers, outlet, clearance, ex-display, B-stock or second-hand items, marketplace or private sellers, and obvious pricing errors.
Not combinable
You can't combine a price match with other discounts or campaigns.
Verification
We check every request against the retailer's offer. If it doesn't meet these terms, we may decline it, and our decision is final.
Changes to these terms
We may change or end the Price Promise at any time. The terms that apply are the ones on this page when you send your request.
