UMAGE is seeking a highly organized and skilled Supply Chain Assistant / Purchasing Assistant to ensure the timely delivery of our lamps and furniture to customers worldwide.



Forecasting, Planning, and Purchasing: Execute procurement activities to meet forecasted demand.

Update and coordinate the logistics of incoming goods.

Serve as a point of contact for suppliers, freight forwarders, and colleagues in China and Vietnam.

Shipment Tracking: Monitor and follow up on shipments in collaboration with our team in China and Vietnam.

Product Data Management: Maintain and create product data within Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Inventory Reconciliation: Perform stock reconciliations and provide updates to agents and distributors.

Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle various other tasks as required.


About You

We are looking for a competent and organized supply chain assistant with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Ideally, you have:

A background in Supply Chain Management. Recent graduates are welcome!

Experience: If you lack formal education in logistics or procurement, equivalent experience in a similar role, especially within the design and furniture sector, is valued.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel. Experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics NAV, is a plus.

Attributes: You are structured, detail-oriented, and thrive in working with data.
